My role spans everything from digital strategy to technical oversight, always aiming to enhance user experience. I’m passionate about innovation and continuously improving how we operate in an evolving digital landscape.

Carl has spent his career in environments where precision, trust and calm under pressure matter most. That same dedication now drives his work in technology. At ACM, he brings a grounded, people-first approach to building the technical backbone of Poland’s first augmented reality advertising network, turning a bold vision into something that genuinely works

Jakub Derda is a Junior Founder at ACM, based in Poznań, Poland. Jakub joined the founding team at the earliest stage of the company’s development, contributing to the growth of Poland’s first augmented reality advertising network as it works towards its first 50 licensed locations.
